Meet The Team


Amy Crowell

Co-Founder / Chief Operations Officer

Amy co-founded Red Racer in 2004 and wears many hats while at the agency. Amy has worked client-side in multiple healthcare organizations and was Director of Referral Development for Presbyterian Hospital.

Amy currently runs the business side of Red Racer Advertising and puts her medical expertise to work on our healthcare related clients. Amy has her undergraduate and Masters Degrees from the University of Texas.

Scott Crowell

Co-Founder / Chief Creative Officer

Scott co-founded Red Racer Advertising in 2004 after spending many years at big and small agencies including DDB Needham, Tracy Locke, and the Integer Group. Scott’s healthcare client experience includes Texas Health, Baylor Scott and White, Children’s Health, Essilor Labs, The Nicholson Clinic, McCarty Weight Loss, and more. Scott has also worked on Fortune 500 brands including MasterCard, AT&T, SONY, and 7-Eleven.

Scott stays busy trying to keep up with his wife and two teenage boys. Scott’s hobbies include golf, BBQing, and desperately trying to learn to play the guitar.

Guy Gustafson
VP, Technology

Guy is VP of Technology at Red Racer Advertising and has been with the agency for 12 years. Guy has been working on the web since the late '90s after having discovered the "View Source" context option present in web browsers. Prior to Red Racer, Guy co-founded a successful web agency in 1998 and later sold the business in 2009. Guy focuses on front-end development and best practices, Javascript & PHP development and server implementation.

Guy spends his "free" time with his wife and two daughters, cats and playing music. Guy is also an avid DIY'er, from cars to woodworking.

Tim Siemers
VP, Strategy

Tim is VP of Strategy at Red Racer Advertising and has been with the agency for 4 years. Tim has spent 20+ years running Digital Marketing teams across a wide range of B2C & B2B businesses from start-ups to the multi-channel enterprise level including Neiman Marcus, Leatherology, Coverstore, J&P Cycles and Signify Health.

Tim is a graduate of Emory University and holds both B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees. In his free time, Tim enjoys his two teenage daughters, a championship yellow English Labrador (“lap dog”) and countless adventure oriented activities.
